The Society expresses great pleasure to honour the members qualified in Veterinary / Animal Biochemistry and Veterinary / Animal Biotechnology who are involved in Teaching and Research by accepting the nominations for the year 2025 in the following categories.
1. SVBBI Veterans’ Award for Life Time Contribution
2. SVBBI Dr L.N. Singh Memorial Life Time Achievement Award
3. SVBBI Fellowship
4. SVBBI Senior Scientist Award
5. SVBBI Young Scientist Award
6. SVBBI Best Teacher Award
7. SVBBI Best Doctoral Thesis Award
8. SVBBI Best Master’s Thesis Award
9. SVBBI President’s Appreciation Award
The Awards at Sl. No. 1 and 9 are non-competitive in nature and no nomination is required to be submitted. The SVBBI Veterans’ Award are for the Members reaching the age of 65 and above and the Society will honour such members during the Annual Conventions. The Awards at Sl.
No. 2–8 are competitive and Nominations are solicited. Interested members may opt for filing the nomination for the awards in different categories for the Year 2025 and are requested to submit the soft copy of the nomination form completed in all respects along with supportive documents against each claim. Those members who have completed PG and PhD Programme between 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 are eligible for applying for Best Thesis award and are advised to submit the power point presentation of their research along with the application form.
The members selected for the awards will be honoured in the SVBBICON-2025 and National Symposium scheduled to be held at WBUAFS, Kolkata on 27-28 November, 2025.
